The FS1200 high-capacity plastic crusher extends the ordinary FS range to a recorded 1200 × 900 mm feed opening. It is intended for a larger stream of rigid plastic containers, drums, crates, housings and pre-sized bulky scrap before washing, separation or pelletizing.
FS1200 Reference Configuration
| Item | Reference value |
|---|---|
| Feed opening | 1200 × 900 mm |
| Cutting-chamber wall thickness | 30 mm |
| Rotor diameter | 600 mm |
| Fixed blades | 4 |
| Rotary blades | 6 |
| Recorded blade material | 9CrSi |
| Screen opening | 16 mm |
| Main motor | 75 kW, four-pole |
| Hydraulic power | 1.5 kW |
| Recorded capacity | 1200–1500 kg/h |
These are reference values from the ordinary FS1200 record. Actual capacity depends on feed dimensions, bulk density, wall thickness, screen opening, blade condition, conveyor rate and downstream restrictions.
When to Consider FS1200
- The largest parts do not consistently fit an FS1000 opening
- The required feed stream exceeds the practical FS1000 duty
- Conveyor-controlled loading is required for steadier operation
- The crusher must connect with washing, sorting or pelletizing equipment
Oversized pallets, thick purgings, long pipes and awkward automotive parts may still require a shredder or pre-cutting stage. Model selection should not be based on hourly capacity alone.
RFQ Information
- Material type and photos of the largest pieces
- Maximum dimensions, wall thickness and piece weight
- Required output size and throughput
- Conveyor length, loading height and discharge method
- Downstream washing, separation or extrusion process
- Electrical standard, floor space and operating hours
