The FST-1400 is a large-feed plastic crusher for rigid plastic products such as pallets, drums, containers, thick moulded parts and selected pipe or sheet scrap. The current table identifies the model as FST-1400, so the existing FS1400 page title is corrected to match the recorded model designation.
The recorded 1500–2000 kg/h output is a reference value. Real throughput depends on resin, wall thickness, feed dimensions, contamination, screen opening, blade condition and feeding method.

Suitable Feed and Pre-Processing
Large hollow products should be evaluated for flattening, controlled feeding or a primary shredder before crushing. Metal, stones and other hard contamination must be removed. The buyer should provide the largest and thickest representative piece, not only a material name.
Compare the FS1000 large plastic crusher and FS1200 high-capacity plastic crusher when a smaller feed opening may satisfy the project.
Configuration Boundaries
Confirm whether the project needs a conveyor, hydraulic feed assistance, suction storage barrel, dust collection, wet crushing, sound control or a larger screen. Motor load and output should be validated with the selected screen and real feed sample. The current table’s output must not be treated as a universal guarantee.
