The WHC1200/800 industrial plastic crusher is positioned for heavy rigid scrap such as appliance shells, automotive bumpers, injection-moulded parts, pallets and hollow containers. Its current page records a 1,000–1,500 kg/h reference range, but the final configuration must be selected from the actual feed.

Material and Feed Preparation
- Large rigid PE, PP, ABS or compatible engineering-plastic scrap
- Pallets, containers, housings and moulded rejects within the confirmed inlet size
- Material prepared without hazardous contents or excessive metal
- Applications requiring screen-controlled flakes before washing or pelletizing
Long pipe, film, reinforced composites, thick lumps and metal inserts can require a different rotor, pre-shredder or feeding method. Representative samples should be tested before confirming a production rate.
Current WHC1200/800 Page Reference
| Procurement item | Current page record or boundary |
|---|---|
| Model name | WHC1200/800 |
| Reference output | 1,000–1,500 kg/h |
| Recorded feed examples | Appliance shells, bumpers, moulded parts, pallets, hollow containers |
| Main-shaft description | Welded high-strength shaft with V-shaped arrangement |
| Maintenance feature | Hydraulic opening for housing and screen access |
| Bearing protection | External bearing seat and shaft sealing |
The current series table does not contain a matching WHC1200/800 row, so motor power, rotor diameter, screen, inlet and dimensions will not be copied from a different model. These items require confirmation before quotation.
Compare Primary and Secondary Size Reduction
Review the WHC1200/600 plastic crusher with conveyor when comparing another large rigid-plastic crusher configuration. Compare the FS1200 high-capacity plastic crusher for a general-purpose crusher model. Bulky or highly irregular feed may need a primary shredder before screen-controlled crushing.
The final proposal should define feeding, rotor, blade material, screen, discharge conveyor, dust control, sound control and service access.
