The WS650 low-noise plastic crusher is intended for injection-moulding runners, rejected moulded parts, bottles, profiles and selected production scrap. Sound-reducing panels around the hopper and cutting chamber are intended to reduce operating noise compared with an open conventional structure; they do not make the machine silent.
Best-Fit Production Use
- Injection runners, sprues and rejected moulded parts
- Bottles, small containers and plastic profiles
- Production scrap collected beside moulding or extrusion equipment
- Rigid plastic pieces that fit the confirmed feed opening
Large bumpers, pallets, thick purgings or reinforced parts may need a larger chamber or upstream shredding. Flexible film also requires a separate anti-wrapping and feeding review.
Configuration Decisions
- Feed-opening dimensions versus the largest part
- Polymer hardness, wall thickness and part temperature
- Rotor, blade and screen arrangement for the target regrind
- Motor load and start-up method
- Dust collection, sound enclosure and service access
- Manual, conveyor or robot-assisted feeding
The current page does not contain a reliable WS650 specification table. Motor power, chamber size, screen, capacity and dimensions must be confirmed before quotation rather than inferred from the model name.
RFQ Information
- Polymer type and material photos
- Maximum part dimensions, wall thickness and piece weight
- Runner or scrap temperature at feeding
- Target regrind size and required hourly capacity
- Available space, feeding height and operating hours
- Country, voltage and frequency
Compare the larger FS800B rigid plastic crusher when the feed opening or throughput requirement exceeds the WS650 configuration. More options are available in the crusher category.
Request a WS650 Configuration
Send material photos, dimensions, target regrind, capacity and electrical standard through the AMIGE inquiry page. We will verify the chamber, rotor, screen and noise-control arrangement for the project.
