The Two-Stage Compacting & Pelletizing Line is our premier industrial solution for recycling highly contaminated or moisture-heavy plastic waste. This system integrates a high-speed densifying compactor with a “Mother-Daughter” dual-extrusion setup. By combining mechanical densification with two-stage processing, it ensures the highest quality granules for challenging materials like PE/PP films, woven bags, and washed scraps.

  • Integrated Compactor/Densifier: The high-speed compactor pre-heats, dries, and densifies loose material through frictional heat, ensuring a consistent and rapid feed into the primary extruder.
  • Two-Stage “Mother-Daughter” Configuration: The primary extruder (Mother) handles initial melting and intensive degassing, while the secondary extruder (Daughter) stabilizes pressure for final high-precision filtration.
  • Superior Contaminant & Moisture Removal: Equipped with multiple high-vacuum degassing ports across both extrusion stages, the system effectively removes moisture, volatiles, and ink residues.
  • Sequential Dual Filtration: Features independent hydraulic screen changers on both units, providing two layers of protection against impurities to ensure ultra-pure recycled resin.
  • Optimized Thermal Stability: Multi-zone precision heating and cooling systems protect the polymer from thermal degradation, maintaining the physical properties of the recycled material.
  • Intelligent PLC Coordination: The entire production line is synchronized via a centralized PLC control system, allowing for real-time monitoring and automated torque/speed management.
