The Two-Stage Compacting & Pelletizing Line is our premier industrial solution for recycling highly contaminated or moisture-heavy plastic waste. This system integrates a high-speed densifying compactor with a “Mother-Daughter” dual-extrusion setup. By combining mechanical densification with two-stage processing, it ensures the highest quality granules for challenging materials like PE/PP films, woven bags, and washed scraps.
