The WPS1500 large-chamber single-shaft shredder is the widest model supported by the current WPS series record. Its 1530 × 1800 mm chamber is intended for bulky rigid-plastic feed and industrial scrap that exceeds the practical chamber size of smaller WPS models.
When to Consider WPS1500
- Feed pieces repeatedly exceed the WPS1200 chamber
- Large pallets, drums, housings or thick plastic scrap require a wider opening
- Conveyor or grab loading needs a larger receiving chamber
- The project requires screened discharge before secondary processing
Chamber size does not establish throughput by itself. Material strength, bulk density, screen opening, blade engagement, pusher cycle and downstream restrictions determine the usable production rate.

Information Needed Before Quotation
- Material photos, composition and contamination
- Maximum dimensions and single-piece weight
- Required throughput and discharge range
- Loading method and hopper interface
- Downstream separation, granulation or washing process
- Voltage, floor space, operating hours and maintenance access
