Our Industrial Pyrolysis Plant is a state-of-the-art solution designed for the thermal decomposition of organic waste—such as waste tires, plastic scrap, and rubber—into high-value fuel oil, carbon black, and combustible gas. By utilizing a specialized oxygen-free heating environment, this cracker mill unit breaks down complex polymer chains into refined industrial raw materials.

This system is the essential final stage in a complete recycling loop, working seamlessly with our pre-processing Sidewall Cutters and Cracker Mills to maximize the economic value of every ton of waste.

3. Integrated Process Flow

1. Pre-treatment: Waste tires or cables are sectioned using our Hydraulic Sidewall Cutter and shredded by the Cracker Mill.

2. Feeding: Prepared materials are moved via conveyor into the pyrolysis reactor.

3. Thermal Cracking: The reactor is heated in an anaerobic environment to vaporize the organic materials.

4. Condensation: Oil gas passes through a multi-stage cooling system to be converted into liquid fuel oil.

5. Resource Output: High-purity carbon black and steel wire (if processing tires) are discharged automatically.
