This equipment is a dry-type scrap copper wire granulator and separator, an integrated machine designed to recycle electrical cables by mechanically separating copper from plastic insulation.

Feeding Hopper (Yellow): The starting point where scrap wires (typically less than 20–25mm in diameter) are introduced.

Main Crusher: Located inside the main housing, this unit uses a series of rotating and fixed blades (often made of high-durability SKD-11 steel) to chop wires into small granules.

Airflow Separator: A high-pressure fan creates upward airflow that lifts lighter plastic pieces while allowing heavy copper granules to drop onto the separation bed.

Vibrating Screen: This table uses gravity and physical vibration to further refine the material, guiding copper “rice” to the front outlet and plastic pellets to the rear.

Dust Collection System (Grey/Blue Box): An integrated filtration unit (often including a bag house or cyclone) that captures fine particles and insulation fuzz to maintain a clean environment.

PLC Control Panel: The white interface used to control power and adjust the airflow and vibration speeds for optimal separation.
Maintenance and Operation Tips

Blade Sharpening: The crusher blades are wearable parts; if you notice a drop in cutting efficiency, the blades should be sharpened or replaced (standard gap is 0.15–0.25mm).

Airflow Balance: To avoid losing fine copper into the plastic pile, adjust the airlock knobs on the panel—clockwise to increase air and counter-clockwise to decrease it.

Magnetic Pre-Sorting: If your scrap includes automotive harnesses, it is recommended to use a magnetic separator at the feeding stage to remove iron, which can damage the internal blades.

Plastic & copper is different in density , So the crusher can stripping the plastic(by high quality blade,then separated by Vibrator & Suction together.So front the copper come out, plastic come out in the other side. Dust wil be sent by duct to dust collector. (It can deal with 0.5-2OMM scrap cable, single conductor diameter of 0.2-0.3mm best.)
