The QJ-600A copper wire granulator is a dry crushing and separation system for prepared scrap cable. Its recorded 200–300 kg/h output positions it between the compact QJ-400 models and the larger QJ-800 or QJ-1200 lines.
Suitable Feed and Pre-Sorting
- Copper cable within the recorded 0.5–20 mm range
- Sorted household, communication or selected automotive wire
- Dry feed with plugs, terminals, steel and aluminium removed
- Projects requiring a recorded 200–300 kg/h processing range
Cable outside the stated range, very fine conductor, steel armour, aluminium and oily insulation need separate testing or upstream treatment. Model selection should use representative samples, not cable outside diameter alone.
