The QJ-400S01 copper wire granulator is a compact dry-separation machine for prepared scrap electrical cable. It combines crushing, airflow or gravity separation and dust collection in a small-footprint system.
Suitable Feed for Assessment
- Prepared copper cable within the recorded diameter range
- Household, communication or selected automotive wire after sorting
- Dry feed with plugs, terminals and large steel pieces removed
- Projects requiring a compact machine for lower reference throughput
Very fine conductor, aluminium cable, steel-armoured cable and heavily contaminated feed need separate testing or upstream treatment. Do not select the machine from cable outside diameter alone.

Separation and Operating Checks
Confirm screen size, airflow range, vibrating-table adjustment and dust collection for the sample cable.
