The QJ-400M01 copper wire granulator is a dry crushing and separation system with a recorded output of 150–200 kg/h. It combines size reduction, vibration or airflow separation and dust collection for prepared copper cable.
Suitable Cable and Preparation
- Sorted copper cable within the recorded diameter range
- Automotive, communication or mixed cable after feed review
- Dry cable with large terminals, steel and aluminium removed
- Projects requiring more output than the compact QJ-400S models
The current record notes that conductor size affects performance. Fine wire, armoured cable and mixed conductor metals should be evaluated with representative samples before equipment selection.
