This PET bottle washing line is intended to turn baled or loose post-consumer bottles into cleaned PET flakes through label removal, crushing, density separation, friction washing, hot washing and dewatering. The current source records a maximum production capacity of 1800 kg/h, 200 kW installed power and a 25 × 5 × 7 m reference envelope.

These figures are reference records rather than guaranteed output. Actual performance depends on bottle contamination, bale density, cap and label content, required flake quality, water treatment and operating method.
Recorded Process Modules
- Label remover and manual or automated sorting stage.
- PET bottle crusher with water-assisted size reduction.
- Floating washing tank for separating light cap and label material.
- Friction washer and hot-wash stage for glue and stubborn contamination.
- Dewatering machine and final flake collection.
For upstream separation, compare the PET bottle trommel separator. For a wider capacity comparison, review the 500–2000 kg/h PET bottle washing line.

What Must Be Confirmed Before Quotation
Provide bale or loose-bottle condition, PVC content, label and cap ratio, sand and oil contamination, target flake size, required residual moisture, hot-wash chemistry, available water, wastewater plan and workshop layout. The previous 98–99% separation statement is removed because the current page does not provide a test method or operating conditions.
The PET and plastic flake hot wash tank can be reviewed when the project needs a hot-wash module rather than a complete line.

Use the AMIGE inquiry page to send bottle and flake photos, contamination data, target throughput, target flake specification, water availability, voltage and plant dimensions. AMIGE will confirm whether the recorded 1800 kg/h arrangement is appropriate.
