The HB-150 plastic film agglomerator is a compact batch machine for cutting, mixing, friction heating and densifying lightweight thermoplastic scrap. It is intended for buyers who need denser, more manageable feed before storage or downstream extrusion.

The HB-150 is an agglomerator, not a complete melt-filtration or pelletizing line. Wet, dirty, printed, multilayer or mixed-polymer feed may require washing, drying, sorting or a material trial before model selection.

Model Selection and Downstream Integration
Compare the larger HB-200L plastic film agglomerator when the 150 L chamber is too small. For higher batch volume, review the HB-500 plastic film agglomerator.
Buyers should also confirm how agglomerated material will be conveyed, stored and fed to the downstream extruder. Densification does not replace screen changing, degassing or pellet cutting.
