The HB-500 plastic film agglomerator is designed for higher-volume batch densification of lightweight film, bags and compatible soft thermoplastic scrap. Its larger chamber and motor range suit projects that have outgrown small laboratory or low-throughput agglomerators.
When the HB-500 May Fit
- PE or PP film scrap with stable polymer composition
- Flexible production waste requiring higher bulk density before extrusion
- Batch processing where chamber size and discharge cycle can be controlled
- Plants comparing 500 L equipment with larger HB Series models
Feed must be checked for moisture, metal, sand, incompatible polymers and hazardous residue. Agglomeration performance changes with film thickness, printing, fillers and residual contamination.

Feed Preparation and Line Integration
Remove metal and hard contaminants before feeding. Confirm washing and drying requirements when using post-consumer film. Compare the HB Series large plastic film agglomerators for a broader chamber range, or review the compactor-fed film pelletizing line when continuous extrusion and pelletizing are required.
The final proposal should define feeding, batch control, cooling, discharge, dust management and downstream extrusion rather than selecting the machine from chamber volume alone.
