After the waste material is put into the pot of the machine, the material is quickly cut into pieces due to the shearing action of the high-speed rotating blade and the fixed blade. The chopped materials or pieces flow along the wall of the pot under the centrifugal force of the rotary cutter. At the same time, the material is turned up and down under the action of slurry, and moves from the surrounding direction to the center of the pot. Due to the friction between the materials themselves at high speed and the friction with the pot wall and blade, a large amount of friction heat is generated, causing the temperature of the material to rise rapidly to half In the plasticized state, they stick to each other into small pieces. Before the material is about to agglomerate, spray all the pre-prepared quantitative water into the material. When the cold water meets the hot material, it will quickly vaporize and take away the surface heat of the material. The pellets produced by this machine can be directly used by extruders and injection machines. For products with stricter requirements, they can also be extruded through a granulator and then plasticized and granulated before use.
