This machine is an integrated dry-type copper wire granulator and separator. It is specialized industrial equipment designed to recycle waste electrical cables by mechanically chopping them and separating high-purity copper from plastic insulation.

Core Components & Their Functions

This machine typically utilizes a “dry physical” separation method that requires no water or chemicals:

• Feeding Hopper (Yellow): The starting point where raw scrap cables (typically up to 25mm in diameter) are introduced.

• Main Crusher/Shredder: Uses high-speed rotating blades (often made of SKD-11 steel) to pulverize wires into small granules.

• Airflow Separator: A high-pressure fan blows through the mixture; the lighter plastic is lifted by the air while the heavier copper granules drop to the bed.

• Vibrating Separation Bed: A specialized table that uses gravity and vibration to refine the sorting, guiding clean “copper rice” to one outlet and plastic pellets to another.

• Dust Collection System (Grey/Blue Unit): An integrated filtration system (usually bag filters or a cyclone) that captures fine particles to maintain a clean environment.

• PLC Control Panel: The white cabinet used to adjust the vibration frequency and air blower speed to optimize purity.

Through it’s body is small , but also has Crusher , Dust collection system, Vibrator,air cleaner, Suction fan inside. Less electric cost,more processing capacity .Plastic & copper is different in density , So the crusher can stripping the plastic (by high quality blade). Then separated by Vibrator & Suction together.So front the copper come out ,plastic come out in the other side. Dust will be sent by dust to dust collector .(It can deal with 0.5-2OMM scrap cable,single conductor diameter of 0.2-0.3mm best.)
