This horizontal plastic pipe shredding and crushing line is intended for long PE, PP, PVC and similar pipe or profile scrap that is difficult to load into a conventional top-fed machine. The line should be configured around pipe diameter, wall thickness, length, material and required final size rather than a generic capacity claim.
Best-Fit Projects
- Long plastic pipes and profiles from production scrap
- Thick-wall pipe sections that require primary size reduction
- Pipe recycling before granulation, washing or reprocessing
- Plants requiring a coordinated feeding, shredding and crushing route
Unknown material, embedded metal, fittings, soil or liquid contamination must be identified before the cutting and separation process is selected.
Process Configuration Questions
- Horizontal loading table, conveyor or assisted feeding method
- Maximum pipe diameter, wall thickness and length
- Primary shred size and required final granule size
- Need for a secondary crusher, magnetic separation or washing
- Dust, noise, fire protection and maintenance access
- Available floor space, voltage and operating schedule
The current page does not provide a verified model-specific specification table. Motor power, chamber dimensions, cutter arrangement, capacity and line footprint must therefore be confirmed from the project rather than inferred.
Shredder Line or Pipe Crusher
A horizontal shredder line is generally considered when long or thick-wall pipes are difficult to feed safely into a standard crusher. Shorter, pre-cut pipe may be suitable for a dedicated plastic pipe crusher. Bulky pipe and lumps can also be compared with the WPS1200 single-shaft shredder.
Material trials may be required when pipe reinforcement, fillers or contamination are uncertain.
Request a Pipe Recycling Assessment
Use the AMIGE inquiry page to send pipe photos, resin type, maximum diameter, wall thickness, length, target output size, hourly capacity, feeding method and voltage. We will assess the complete shredding and crushing route.
