The QJ-400S02 copper wire granulator is a compact dry-processing model for crushing prepared scrap cable and separating copper from insulation through airflow and vibration. It should be matched to real samples rather than broad cable categories.
Feed and Pre-Sorting Requirements
- Copper cable within the recorded 0.5–20 mm range
- Dry household or communication wire after manual sorting
- Feed with large plugs, steel, aluminium and connectors removed
- Consistent cable batches suitable for the recorded output range
Mixed fine wire, armoured cable, oily cable or variable conductor material can reduce separation stability and may require a different line configuration.
QJ-400S02 Recorded Reference
| Item | Current page reference |
|---|---|
| Installed power | 11.92 kW |
| Voltage | 380 V |
| Recorded cable range | 0.5–20 mm |
| Knives | 10 + 2 |
| Reference output | 60–100 kg/h |
| Machine dimensions | 123 × 117 × 180 cm |
| Weight entry | 850; unit confirmation required |
These values come from the current page and require confirmation. Capacity and copper-plastic separation depend on feed preparation, conductor size, screen selection, airflow and operating adjustment.
Compare Compact Granulator Models
Review the QJ-400S01 copper wire granulator for its recorded 80–120 kg/h range. For a larger recorded output and motor, compare the QJ-400M01 copper wire granulator.
The engineering proposal should state the sample cable, screen, dust collection, separated-product handling and maintenance access instead of relying on model name alone.
