Core Components & Layout
The design combines several specialized modules into a single, compact footprint:

Feeding Hopper (Yellow): The entry point where raw scrap cables (up to 20-25mm in diameter) are introduced.

Main Crusher/Chopper: Located inside the main housing, it uses precision SKD-11 steel blades to chop cables into small 3–5mm granules.

Airflow Separator & Vibrating Bed: Uses high-pressure air and gravity-based vibration to sort materials based on density—heavy copper moves toward one outlet, while light plastic pieces are blown toward another.

Dust Collection System (Grey/Blue Box): A multi-stage filtration unit (often including a bag house or cyclone) that captures fine particles and prevents environmental pollution during the “dry” separation process.

PLC Control Panel: The white interface used to manage the frequency of the vibrating table and the speed of the air blowers.
Copper wire granulator has much complicated processing process. lt is made up of a copper wire dual shaft pre-shredder, two conveying machines, a second copper wire crusher, copper separation system, dust collecting system etc..At fist, the pre-shredder will cut the materials into 10-15mm pieces. Then in the second crusher will crush the materials into 3-5 mm before further separation. The whole materal feeding process relies on the conveyors and you can change their convey ing speed according to your production. So it will be much more convenient. Dust collection system will be much more environmental protection. One to two people to operate it, benefit is better,space is more province.
