The 918-FB cable stripping machine is a compact 1.5 kW model for mechanically opening insulation on sorted cable within the recorded 1–15 mm range. It is intended for workshops processing repeatable wire sizes that can be fed individually.

Suitable Cable and Operating Boundary
- Straight copper or aluminium cable within the recorded range
- PVC, rubber or compatible jackets after a sample check
- Sorted batches without large plugs, terminals or steel armour
- Buyers preferring intact conductors rather than granulated copper
Fine tangled wire, harnesses, armoured cable and mixed bundles may not feed reliably. These materials should be assessed for upstream preparation or a cable granulator.
918-FB Recorded Reference
| Item | Current page reference |
|---|---|
| Motor power | 1.5 kW |
| Voltage | 220 / 380 V |
| Recorded cable range | 1–15 mm |
| Recorded blade entry | 12; conflict noted below |
| Recorded feed-hole entry | 3 + 12 |
| Reference speed | 30 m/min |
| Machine dimensions | 55 × 51 × 84 cm |
| Reference weight | 70 kg |
The feature table describes a single adjustable blade, while the model row records 12 blades. The blade and feed-hole notation must therefore be confirmed against the supplied machine. The 30 m/min entry is a reference speed, not a guaranteed production rate for every cable.
Compare Compact Cable Strippers
Review the 918-AO single-roller cable stripping machine for a recorded 1–25 mm range and a different port layout. Compare the 918-KO multi-port cable stripping machine when dual-roller feeding, 2.2 kW power and a wider recorded range are required.
Buyers should compare feed stability and stripped-conductor quality using the smallest, largest and most difficult cable samples.
