The WPT1200/450 double-roll plastic shredder provides a wider cutting chamber for higher-volume flexible material such as film, woven sacks, container bags, raffia and packing straps. It is intended for projects where material engagement and anti-wrapping behaviour are more important than processing hard, thick rigid parts.
Application Position
- Primary reduction of loose or prepared plastic film
- Woven-bag and bulk-bag recycling lines
- Raffia and packing-strap size reduction
- Feeding a washing or densifying process with controlled pieces
Rigid lumps, large metal contamination and hazardous packaging require a different machine or dedicated pre-treatment. The feed form must be reviewed before the chamber and conveyor are selected.
