The WT800 double-shaft shredder provides a larger cutting chamber and drive than the WT600 for pallets, drums, pipe sections, hollow products and selected industrial waste. It is designed for primary reduction where material engagement and torque are more important than a uniform granulator-sized output.
Suitable Feed for Assessment
- Plastic pallets, drums and bulky hollow parts
- Pipe or profile sections within the feed limit
- Appliance housings, wood and selected mixed scrap
- Material requiring pre-shredding before separation or granulation
Metal-containing feed, tires and e-waste require separate cutter, torque-protection and downstream-separation review. They should not be quoted from the material name alone.
WT800 Reference Configuration
| Item | Reference value |
|---|---|
| Main-shaft length | 800 mm |
| Shaft speed | 10–15 rpm |
| Blades | 20 pieces |
| Blade diameter | 420 mm |
| Blade thickness | 40 mm |
| Main motors | 2 × 22 kW |
| Cutting chamber | 820 × 800 mm |
| Overall dimensions | 3000 × 1250 × 2150 mm |
| Reference weight | 5000 kg |
The table is reference configuration data. Final cutter geometry, blade material, throughput and discharge depend on material strength, size, density and contamination.
RFQ Information
- Material and photos of the largest pieces
- Maximum dimensions, wall thickness and piece weight
- Metal content and required downstream separation
- Target throughput and acceptable discharge size
- Hopper, conveyor or grab-loading requirements
- Site power, floor space and operating hours
Compare the smaller WT600 model or the existing WT1000 double-shaft shredder for a wider chamber.
