This magnetic separator is an auxiliary machine for removing ferrous material from cable-recycling feed. It is not a complete copper wire granulator and does not separate copper from plastic insulation by itself.
Position in the Recycling Process
- Install before the granulator to protect blades from iron contamination
- Use after pre-shredding when ferrous pieces have been liberated
- Match belt or feeder width to the upstream material flow
- Provide a separate collection point for removed magnetic material
Copper, aluminium and most plastics are not removed by a conventional magnetic separator. The feed layer, particle size and iron content affect removal performance.
Recorded Separator Reference
| Item | Current page reference |
|---|---|
| Voltage options | 380 V / 220 V |
| Motor power | 0.75 kW |
| Reference capacity | 150–300 kg/h |
| Recorded size entry | 2100 × 380 × 800; unit confirmation required |
The current dimension unit is inconsistent and must be confirmed before layout work. Capacity depends on feed presentation, belt loading, particle size and ferrous content.
Integration With Cable Recycling Lines
The separator can support the oily cable water separation line or a dry system such as the QJ-800 copper wire granulator. Final selection should confirm installation position, feeder or conveyor interface, magnetic duty, discharge direction and guarding.
This page will no longer target complete copper wire granulator or price keywords because the equipment role is upstream ferrous removal.
Request a Magnetic Separator Configuration
Use the AMIGE inquiry page to send material photos, iron type and percentage, particle size, feed width, throughput, upstream conveyor, voltage and available installation space.
