The PE/PP film crushing and washing line is intended for agricultural film, LDPE packaging film, PP woven bags, mulch film and other flexible plastic waste. It combines controlled size reduction, friction washing, separation and drying to prepare material for densifying or pelletizing.
Film projects should be designed from contamination and feed form, not nominal capacity alone. Loose film, rolls, bales and woven sacks behave differently during opening, conveying, washing and dewatering.
Typical Process Route
- Bale opening, sorting and metal removal
- Film cutting or crushing with controlled water addition
- High-speed friction washing
- Floating wash and sand or heavy-contaminant separation
- Mechanical squeezing or centrifugal dewatering
- Thermal drying, buffering and feeding to densifying or pelletizing
Agricultural film with soil and organic residue may require stronger pre-washing and water-treatment capacity than clean post-industrial film.
