This PP woven bag washing and recycling line is intended for raffia sacks, woven packaging, jumbo-bag offcuts and selected flexible PP scrap. It focuses on cutting, washing, separation and dewatering of fibrous woven material rather than the heavy soil-removal duty required for agricultural mulch film.
Suitable Feed for Assessment
- Used PP woven sacks and raffia packaging
- FIBC or jumbo-bag production offcuts
- Printed woven material with labels and sewing thread
- Flexible PP scrap requiring washing before pelletizing
Feed containing large amounts of soil, oil, chemicals or mixed polymers needs separate process review. Ropes, zippers, metal eyelets and multilayer coatings can affect shredding and separation.
Process Configuration Questions
- Bale opening, manual sorting and metal removal
- Shredder or wet-crusher feeding arrangement
- Friction washing, rinsing and float separation
- Mechanical squeezing or thermal drying requirement
- Label, ink, oil and detergent management
- Water recirculation, wastewater and sludge handling
The current page does not provide a verified line specification table. Power, water use, footprint, labor and output must be configured from the actual material and required cleanliness.
RFQ Information
- Woven-bag type, coating and representative photos
- Bale size, bulk density and incoming moisture
- Printing, labels, sewing thread and metal content
- Target throughput and final moisture
- Downstream pelletizing or storage method
- Water, voltage, floor space and operating schedule
For soil-heavy film, compare the agricultural film washing line. Mechanical dewatering can be assessed on the plastic film squeeze dryer.
