The WPS1000 single-shaft plastic shredder is intended for controlled size reduction of bulky rigid plastics and selected production waste. Typical feed includes plastic pipes, thick sheets, injection-moulded lumps, hollow products, drums and pallets. Rotor, blade, hydraulic pusher and screen configuration must be selected around the real feedstock rather than a generic material name.
Best-Fit Applications
- Rigid plastic pipe, sheet and profile offcuts
- Injection-moulded lumps and rejected parts
- Plastic drums, bins, pallets and hollow products
- Pre-shredding before granulation or washing
Film and light flexible material may require a different rotor and feeding arrangement. Buyers should provide photos and dimensions so the machine can be checked for bridging, wrapping and screen-loading risk.

These values are taken from the current product record and require confirmation. Actual output depends on feed dimensions, bulk density, contamination, screen size, blade arrangement and downstream requirements.
Information Required for Selection
- Material name, photos and composition
- Maximum length, width, wall thickness and piece weight
- Required hourly throughput and output size
- Feeding method and available floor space
- Downstream granulator, washing or conveying equipment
- Country, voltage, frequency and operating hours
Compare the WPS Series shredder range or the WLS1200 large-chamber shredder for bulkier feed. Additional models are listed in the single-shaft shredder category.
