Working principle and Features:

There’s cold washing line and hot washing line can be supplied.

1. PET bottle bricks are sent to the belt conveyor by driving or clamping car, and the bottle bricks are manually cut off to bind the iron wire, and are transported to the next bottle washing section by the belt conveyor;

2. Whole bottle cleaning section: PET bottle bricks are transported by the conveyor into the bottle washing machine. PET bottles are cleaned according to the requirements of the bottle washing process. During the bottle washing process, the bottle washing machine unties the flaky bottle bricks at the same time. The bottle washing machine pre-washer and removes the sediment and impurities in the PET bottles. 3. Sorting part. The bottle body is manually sorted, workers need pick out PVC bottles, different-color bottles, label chips and garbage in PET bottles, and ensure that clean PET bottles enter the next section;

It has the characteristics of smooth feeding, stable output, low energy consumption, low vibration noise, strong structure, low maintenance cost, and long service life. 5. The steps of float washing, hot washing, friction and rinsing are for the final purification of PET bottle flakes, mainly relying on three major washing forces: mechanical force, chemical force and heat, to remove trademarks, bottle caps, glue, Potion and other impurities, etc.;

6. Dehydration and finished product packaging section, mainly dehydration and packaging of bottle flakes.
