The DR1000 double-roll shredder is intended for long, flexible and entangling feed such as fishing nets, protective netting, ropes, woven bags, tarpaulin, clothing scrap, agricultural film and cable skins. Its two-shaft arrangement and recorded angular-knife configuration should be assessed with the actual material bundle.

The page’s previous “Doubler Roll” wording is corrected to “Double-Roll”. The specification below is taken from the current source record; capacity is not added because the source does not provide a verified output figure.

Feed Preparation and Output Control
Provide the material type, bundle dimensions, rope or film length, moisture, dirt and any metal contamination. A screen holder is mentioned in the source, but the required screen and discharge size must be confirmed. Long flexible feed may need metered loading and an anti-wrapping trial.
For alternative configurations, compare the WPT1000/450 double-roll film shredder and WPT1200/450 double-roll plastic shredder.
Controls and Safety Requirements
The source records PLC forward and reverse operation with overload protection. The final proposal should also define hopper guarding, emergency stops, access control, discharge conveyor, dust or fibre handling and the local electrical standard. An unclear PLC brand statement from the old page is omitted.
Request a DR1000 Material Test
Send material photos or samples, bundle size, maximum length, contamination, required output size, daily volume, feeding method and voltage through the AMIGE inquiry page. AMIGE will confirm the knife arrangement and whether a screen is needed.
