This agricultural film crushing and washing line is intended for PE mulch film, greenhouse film and other flexible agricultural plastic contaminated with soil, sand, plant residue and moisture. The process must be configured around contamination and water management rather than using a generic film-washing layout.
Feed and Contamination Boundaries
- PE mulch film and greenhouse film from agricultural collection
- Thin flexible film with soil, sand and organic residue
- Baled or loose feed after manual removal of large contaminants
- Material requiring shredding, intensive washing, rinsing and dewatering
PVC film, crop-protection containers, metal, stones and hazardous chemical residue require separate sorting and safety controls. Buyers should provide representative samples from the worst contamination condition.

These figures are current-page reference data and require confirmation. Soil load, film thickness, water reuse, drying target, local discharge rules and layout can change utility demand and usable throughput. The current page’s final-moisture and impurity figures are not treated as guaranteed results without sample testing.
Project Information Required
- Film type, collection source and representative photos
- Percentage of soil, sand, labels, metal and organic residue
- Bale size, bulk density and incoming moisture
- Required hourly throughput and final moisture target
- Available water, wastewater treatment and heat source
- Workshop dimensions, voltage and operating hours
Compare the PP woven bag washing line for cleaner raffia and sack feed. Review the plastic film squeeze dryer for downstream mechanical dewatering.
